About the role

Responsibilities

  • This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
  • As a Junior Account Executive, you'll own the top of the sales funnel, driving outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and creating pipeline for our Account Executives while gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle.
  • Own outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and social channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and qualify your own pipeline of prospective restaurant partners.
  • Partner closely with our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity tracking, and prospect notes in Salesforce.
  • Shadow Account Executives throughout the sales cycle-including discovery, negotiations, and closing-to develop into a full-cycle Account Executive.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an outbound sales, SDR, BDR, Sales Development, Business Development, or lead generation role.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold emailing, and multi-channel outreach campaigns.

Compensation

  • Individuals can earn an estimated annual incentive compensation range of $66,800 - $70,500 when meeting performance expectations.
  • Actual incentive compensation varies based on individual sales performance and targets.
  • Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
  • You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
  • 8 paid holidays per year
