About the role

You'll use active listening, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve the customer's issues and educate them on the features and functionality of the applications.
This is an hourly position and is located in Paragould, Arkansas.

Basic knowledge of various PC hardware platforms and operating systems, with a fundamental understanding of business applications.

Experience with personal computers, operating systems, utility programs and commands.
Customer Service experience is a plus.
