- Key Responsibilites You'll split your time between strategic office work and real plant-floor engagement - bringing ideas to life where it counts.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end - manage new equipment installations, coordinate timelines, and ensure seamless knowledge transfer to operators
- Optimize production - evaluate process and lab data daily to improve yield, quality, and efficiency
- Design and improve systems - run process simulations, test upgrades, and develop innovative solutions and best practices
- Train and document - create clear operating instructions and process documentation that empower your team
- Manage risk - conduct risk assessments and keep cost and time constraints on track
- We're looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our Geismar facility and play a central role in optimizing our operations, leading improvements, and helping us build a safer, more efficient plant for the future.
