About the role
- The Oncology Nurse Navigator is a licensed registered professional nurse who is a clinical expert in oncology.
- ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for management of patient flow, triage, and direct patient care for every new cancer patient referred to LMH Medical Oncology in an effort to expedite timely care from diagnosis to Survivorship.
- Additionally, works with financial counselors to ensure compliance with No Surprise Act; i.e, assists with identifying treatment regimen and all charges contained therein prior to the start of treatment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
