About the role
- As a Structural Engineer in our Restoration & Renewal Practice, you will apply engineering principals to assess existing structures and participate in designing innovative solutions for needed repairs, expansions, renovations and/or adaptive reuse.
- Projects will span the Metro NY area, providing the opportunity to work on diverse structures of varying types, sizes and ages across the region.

Requirements
- Work with your team to conduct structural analyses, diagnostic evaluations and structural design required to repair or alter existing buildings/structures.
Nice to have
- Master's degree preferred.
- Prior internships or other practical exposure to structural engineering is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering

Compensation
- The rate for this position generally is $77,000 - $90,000 annually.
- Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New Jersey Equal Pay Transparency Law.
- Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
- A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
