Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, especially with Tier 1 automotive suppliers
- 3-5 years in a management role
- Extensive experience with TPM programs
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance technologies
- Proven track record of supporting production initiatives in new or scaling environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 standards, familiarity with thermoplastics, proficiency with PLC programming, and knowledge of industrial robots
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$121,000 per year.
- This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
- In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.

Company info
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs
- Establish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and production disruptions
- Manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF, OSHA, and EPA standards
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during appropriate downtime windows
- Track and report on key maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costs
- Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment including ovens, hydraulic presses, water jet tables, and industrial robots
- Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies like A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis
- Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams
