About the role

  • The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love you to be a part of it as a Senior Project/Program Manager
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the "how and when" of our development process-ensuring that our product roadmap is executed efficiently, dependencies are managed, dates are hit, and stakeholders are aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution - Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals and shared outcomes.
  • Technical Skills- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs across complex systems.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Develop contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

  • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
  • Excellent written and communication skills in E nglish language

Compensation

  • COP 15,000,000.00 to COP 16,500,000.00 salary per month
