  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous, organized, and consistently accurate, even with high workloads and in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable personal transportation is required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Compensation

  • Competitive starting pay range of $22-24/hr. (commensurate with education and experience).
