Through both continued training and direct experience, lead staff and prepare an environment where guests, staff, and volunteers are well cared for by preparing a distraction free environment for kids to encounter Jesus Christ.
This is a support role that works alongside the Sites and Facilities Superintendent to learn and help lead all aspects of the Sites and Facilities Department.
Develop a recognition and action plan for guest needs/requests in order to partner with our guests; meeting their needs and supporting an environment where guests are heard.
Build relationships that reflect the character of God with guests, staff, vendors and neighbors to foster healthy community.
At all times, maintain a pleasant, positive attitude toward staff and others involved in the program, conveying the idea of maximum service consistent with the capabilities of the property and equipment.

and (b) subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith.

Maintain operating records as required by the site and facilities superintendent.
Execute daily responsibilities with attention to the standards and metrics required for excellent camp operations.

This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the United States.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position can range from 19.00 - 28.55 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
With direction from supervisor, develop an annual personal spiritual growth plan.
