General Description: The Event Day Guest Experience Elevator Usher plays a key role in delivering an exceptional, safe, and seamless guest journey at the Toyota Center.
This position is responsible for managing elevator flow, assisting guests with navigation, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment throughout every event.
As a visible member of the Guest Experience team, this role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting and are passionate about creating memorable moments for fans and visitors.

Always maintain neatness in assigned areas.
Notify Event Supervisor and/or Security by radio if issues or emergencies arise Enforce rules and regulations of the building (i.e. no smoking) Provide calmness, courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all guests and fellow employees.

Must be comfortable sitting in an enclosed environment and high-traffic fast paced environments.
The employee must be able to transfer and move items for departmental needs.
Must have a calm demeanor and be able to communicate issues clearly.
May need to prevent unauthorized users from getting inside by instructing them to wait for an additional time period Must be able to work 70% of the
