- Job Description: Electrical Project Manager I - Commercial & Industrial LiveWire Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their fast-paced, growing organization.

- The Project Manager will be a leader in the department and be the owner of several concurrently running projects.
Responsibilities
- Change Order Management - Track and Manage change orders, submittals and drawing revisions
- Project Closeout - Accurately manage all project closeout procedures
- Take the lead in project planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as Electrical Project Manager
- Ability to read plans and specifications, understand installation drawings
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Computerized estimating experience is preferred
- MS Office proficient
Compensation
- Salary: $87k - $114k, depending on experience
- Structured Annual Bonus Incentives
