About the role

Ventura Coastal's primary products are customized blends of orange, lemon, and grapefruit juices, oils, essences, and pulp.
In addition, we sell our products to a majority of very large branded beverage manufacturers.
From our founding in 1940, Ventura Coastal expanded from a packer of locally grown fruit into one of the largest wholesale processors of citrus juice in the western United States.

Must effectively communicate both written and oral and work collaboratively within the plant and as required, across all facilities.
Strong skills using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)and have the ability to produce reports using database, spreadsheet, presentation and other various software.
Must have the ability to manage a project with minimal supervision, complete and maintain project files.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little supervision.
Ability to professionally communicate financial details and project statuses to various departments, including senior management
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Field. (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical field in a food manufacturing facility
All Ventura Coastal manufacturing employees must be aware of CCPs in their area and how to document them appropriately.
Create and maintain a checklist of all required project documents.
Perform other duties as assigned and required.
