- CBCL is seeking a Buildings Mechanical Engineer to join our Buildings Engineering team in Halifax, NS!

Responsibilities
- Assist a design team to prepare contract documents for the following systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and building systems controls;
- Coordinate design support staff across multiple disciplines;
- Manage projects to meet budget and deliverables;
- Perform construction administration and field reviews; and
- Document, plan, and conduct commissioning and start-up activities.
- Familiarity in the design of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and Revit;
- Performs well under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Support to develop skills and pursue projects related to your own interests;
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings;
