About the role
- This position is to perform installation of network & AV equipment along with cabling and terminations on designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame, specifications, and budget parameters.
Responsibilities
- Document networks by labeling routing equipment and cables and recording diagrams and specifications. Update drawings as built and record under the SOP.
- Work with the Engineer(s), and Project Manager to lead and complete the planning, integration, and customer acceptance of the assigned project within the scope, time and budget of the project.
- Supports A/V Engineer/Programmer.
- Supports A/V Technician.
- Document networks by labeling routing equipment and cables and recording diagrams and specifications.
- Enforce job safety and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
Requirements
- Writes project progress status and reports to the project manager and informs if modifications are required.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- CCENT/CCNA, BICSI, and or CAPM qualifications are strongly preferred.
