About the role

  • This role will be the central point of contact for business intelligence, translating stakeholder needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • You will play a key role in improving revenue visibility, enabling self-serve reporting, and driving data informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards across Sales
  • Develop scalable data models and standardized metrics to ensure consistency across reporting
  • Optimize performance and usability of BI assets for self-serve consumption
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to gather business requirements
  • Support analysis such as win/loss and revenue performance drivers

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in SaaS, automotive, or data-driven industries
  • Experience with forecasting models or advanced analytics (e.g., pricing analysis, churn prediction)

Compensation

  • At CARFAX Canada, we believe in fair, transparent, and equitable compensation.
  • This role has an annual salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 CAD.
