About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the unique needs of each manufacturing facility, ensuring a strong match between candidates and positions.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.

As a Recruiter at MSI Express, you will work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop creative sourcing strategies, and ensure that we attract and retain the very best candidates in the industry.

Skills: Strong ability to source and engage candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.
Maintain accurate records and provide reports on recruiting activities as required.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment or for salary-based positions.

Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing roles and operations is a plus. Understanding of salary job market trends and compensation structures.

Software Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and online job boards. Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
