About the role
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the unique needs of each manufacturing facility, ensuring a strong match between candidates and positions.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong ability to source and engage candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports on recruiting activities as required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment or for salary-based positions.
- Skills: Strong ability to source and engage candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing roles and operations is a plus. Understanding of salary job market trends and compensation structures.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and online job boards. Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
