About the role
- Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Cash Receipts Specialist to join our growing team in Garden City, NY!
- The Cash Receipts Specialist is responsible for managing producer accounting activities, including account cash application and reconciliation, balance resolution, premium corrections, and return premium processing.
- Our more than 25 niche-focused brands reflect our deep experience and specialization in construction, general casualty, environmental liability, professional liability, health care, public entity, workers' comp, property and personal lines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers and underwriting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Recruiting Vendors must have a valid written agreement and received prior written authorization from an authorized Brown & Brown representative before submitting candidates for any publicly posted role.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
- Insurance experience preferred.
Skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Compensation
- 28.00 - 30.00 Hourly
- The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
