About the role

  • Actual offers may differ based on experience, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
  • Working across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated business applications, you will ensure projects are well planned, effectively governed, and successfully delivered while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • This is a remote role based in the Eastern Time Zone, with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects.
  • You will manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce, and other platform capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage integrated delivery plans.
  • You will develop and manage integrated project plans across Salesforce and connected business applications, ensuring dependencies, timelines, risks, and resource requirements are coordinated across multiple teams and vendors.
  • Drive collaboration across teams.
  • You will bring together business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, vendors, and executive sponsors to align priorities, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will own project governance activities, including RAID management, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
  • Support adoption and change. You will help coordinate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure new Salesforce capabilities are successfully adopted across the business and deliver lasting value.
  • You understand how Salesforce supports sales and service processes and have experience delivering projects across one or more Salesforce Clouds.
  • You're confident facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, presenting updates to leadership, and building alignment across technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • The project leadership. You have experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementation projects and are confident managing multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through delivery. PMP certification is required.
