About the role
- We are seeking a talented Product Manager who is responsible for the tactical product management effort for various Velera products and services.
- The incumbent will serve as a liaison and subject matter expert to internal and external customers on Velera's products and services.
- Product manager will handle efficiencies, monitor product compliance and mandates, analyze product penetration, define the market release process, and bridge the gaps between different functions within the company and aligning the strategic teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead meetings to support the development process and track and communicate progress.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Operational Support departments for assigned products.
- Oversee and review mandate and industry product impacts. Partner with marketing to communicate internally and externally on pertinent bulletins.
- Maintain, lead and respond to product-focused servicing ticket inquiries through the defined channel.
Requirements
- Combined four (4) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required.
- Experience with the financial, credit union industry and core or account processing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- Pay Equity
- $84,900.00 - $108,200.00 Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
