Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Email.

Nice to have

  • Prior working knowledge of EPIC (EHR system)

Skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting including electronic health records (EHR) experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possess excellent reading and comprehension skills.

Benefits

  • The RHA is responsible for assisting patients including, but not limited to, front desk operations, patient education, patient care, laboratory work, sonogram services, surgical support and recovery.
  • Reports to the Health Center Manager.
  • Other principal contacts include Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Revenue Cycle Manager, Billing Specialists, Call Center Schedulers, and Vice President of Health Services.
