About the role
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial or institutional settings and be capable of independently diagnosing and repairing HVAC and boiler systems.
- Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
- This position is normally 5 days a week M-F.
Requirements
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- However, weekends and after-hours support may be required.
Nice to have
- Operate, repair, and replace components on all HVAC systems
- Install electrical components and wiring
- Inspect and test HVACR systems and components
- Repair or replace worn or defective parts
- Recommend maintenance to improve system performance
- Keeps record of work performed
- Follow all industry regulations
- Able to work independently, analyze situations, and make decisions with minimal supervision
