Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned product areas
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers or product owners
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes
- Support business cases, investment planning, and roadmap trade-off decisions for assigned product initiatives
- Drive product adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement across the customer base
- 1-2 years managing and developing employees
- Q2 employees are encouraged to give back through volunteer work and nonprofit support through our Spark Program ( see more ).
Requirements
- advanced degree with 4+ acceptable
- Strong Agile experience with Jira/Confluence and release cycles
- 6+ years of related experience
