- build long-term relationships with exceptional Finance and Accounting professionals and connect them with organizations where they can make a meaningful impact.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting enterprise or global Customer Experience organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or international delivery centers.
- Experience working with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, cost optimization, pricing strategy, or operational finance.
- Experience supporting private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Financial Systems Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
