About the role
- Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with an electronics manufacturing company in Lancaster, NY, is seeking a qualified Electronics Assembler/Inspector to join their growing team.
- This is a temp-to-long term position with room for growth.
- Shift: 1st Shift ( M-F) Pay Rate: $18 to $21 an hour Responsibilities: Assemble various electronic products including but not limited to printed circuit boards and wire cables.
Responsibilities
- Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.
Requirements
- Must have experience hand soldering SMT and Through hole components
- Must be able to read component values, bills of materials, work procedures and drawings.
- Must have experience soldering.
- Must have experience.
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of or certification of IPC standards a plus but not required Will at times work under magnification.
Skills
- Use tools to make or repair parts and products.
Compensation
- $18k-$21k
