In the near term, this work will focus on workstreams related to advanced transmission technology deployment and strategic, long-term transmission planning.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in state energy legislation or regulation and some exposure to, or experience with, transmission issues.
They will have a good understanding of the utility business model and regular public utility commission proceedings.
They will also have experience working in coalitions and managing various stakeholder perspectives, be highly collaborative, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
