Requirements
- 4 -6 years of professional experience, with at least two focused in the clean energy sector.
- An ability to think strategically and politically, even in technical venues.
- Experience participating in coalitions and engaging with state legislative or regulatory processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- In the near term, this work will focus on workstreams related to advanced transmission technology deployment and strategic, long-term transmission planning.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in state energy legislation or regulation and some exposure to, or experience with, transmission issues.
- They will have a good understanding of the utility business model and regular public utility commission proceedings.
- They will also have experience working in coalitions and managing various stakeholder perspectives, be highly collaborative, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Compensation
- Starting at $75,000
