Responsibilities
- The Senior Analyst, Services Operations drives strategic initiatives across Angi Services ensuring profitable operations and alignment with broader Angi initiatives.
- This role leads special projects, strengthens reporting and forecasting, ensures revenue transparency, and improves operational processes.
- Working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, you will develop tools and analyses that drive performance and identify process improvements.
- P&L Ownership: Own the P&L for multiple lines of business - including forecasting, profitability assessments, and ROI analyses. You're not just reporting the numbers
- Reporting & Forecasting: Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, own regular leadership reporting and decks, and continuously refine methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Revenue Transparency & Reconciliation: Design and own the processes that ensure proper partner payment reconciliation - including standing up new workflows, triaging discrepancies, and operationalizing hand-offs to Accounting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives, track their impact, and resolve ad-hoc business needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional background in investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable fast-paced tech environment
- Proven track record of synthesizing data from multiple channels to generate strategic business insights
- Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, alongside PowerPoint expertise
Nice to have
- SQL proficiency preferred
- Robust quantitative aptitude with expert-level Excel skills
Compensation
- The salary band for this position ranges $75,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
- Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location.
