About the role
- Hark is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a crucial role in the development and strategy of all facets of our Finance department.
- This person will be responsible for wearing many different hats and handling various Finance functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization, such as accounting, accounts payable/receivable, budget forecasting, and more.
- This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for an individual who excels at scaling systems efficiently and thrives in an environment where they are the one authoring the playbook rather than following one.
Responsibilities
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in corporate finance and accounting
- Proven experience as an accountant for financial professional or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Sharp time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Nice to have
- Experience at fast paced hardware technology companies
- Has relevant finance and accounting certifications

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $200,000 - $300,000 annually.
- The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role.
