About the role
- Cyngn Insight is central to how customers deploy, operate, and extract value from autonomous vehicles at scale.
- This role sits at the intersection of autonomy software, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise operations, requiring strong systems thinking, customer empathy, and cross-functional leadership.
- We are looking for a seasoned product leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution layers: setting multi-quarter platform direction while driving day-to-day prioritization and delivery across multiple engineering and stakeholder teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap that balances customer needs, operational scalability, system reliability, security, and commercial objectives.
- Partner with Engineering and Program Management to translate platform strategy into actionable requirements, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy, customer onboarding, and long-term account success.

Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working closely with engineering teams on distributed systems, data platforms, or cloud-based products.
- BS/BA in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-tenant software platforms or enterprise products operating at scale.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with comfort engaging executives, customers, and deeply technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Strategic mindset with a track record of translating technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.
Nice to have
- Experience with fleet management systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, or operational analytics products.
- Background in software development, data platforms, or systems engineering (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure).
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicles, robotics operations, industrial automation, or large-scale deployments in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing.

- $160k-$180k
