Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clear and schedules run smoothly
- Support day-to-day operations of the Partner, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and activities
- Maintain and organize data across systems, including contact management and tracking interactions and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Support Team and colleagues across the firm
- Improve administrative processes by building systems that enhance efficiency and organization
- Manage expense reporting, including receipt collection and monthly submissions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support a Firm Partner and play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to broader team initiatives and special projects.

Requirements
- Ideal Candidate Background:

Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- familiarity with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
- Interest in using technology and tools to improve workflows and productivity
Compensation
- Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role.
- There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000.00-$120,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
