Responsibilities
- Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for company products and services within the assigned industry segment or market.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and merchandising plans to support business objectives and drive growth across Western Canada.
- Manage territory sales leads, opportunities, customer relationships, account management activities, and related analytics to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Coach and develop the sales team to maintain strong performance and support achievement of business objectives.

Compensation
- Base salary range of $143,029.00 CAD - $185,938.00 CAD, with an additional incentive compensation earning opportunity of 37% (as per current plan document).
- Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
