Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and implements new payment card and related products or modifies existing products in conjunction with other bank departments and external vendors.
  • Works with marketing and appropriate product line sales channel partners to develop measurable programs, campaigns, and collateral that promotes assigned products.
  • 5- 10 years of banking product design/development and/or business development experience
  • Knowledge of banking products and design

Nice to have

  • College Degree in accounting, finance, or business and/or equivalent experience
  • 5 -10 years of either treasury management product management, payment card management (issuing or acquiring), and/or internet based payments and information services experience
  • to include exposure to sales, operations and systems management
  • 5 years of project management related experience
  • Marketing, sales, and business development experience preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies
  • Knowledge of product/community/market relationships
  • Knowledge of bank Treasury Management products, services, operating systems and interactions with the Federal Reserve Bank
