About the role
- The Unarmed Security Professional, reporting to the Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Regional Manager, enforces security protocols, conducts patrols, monitors premises, responds to incidents, documents events, and supports investigations while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the company dress code.
- Enforce access control and accurately maintain records.
- Accurately document incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements
- Understanding of emergency protocols and the ability to perform under pressure.

Nice to have
- Active, clear PERC card.
- 20-hour security training certification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- ability to de-escalate tense situations and remain calm and professional.
- Experience with patrols, surveillance, and incident management.
- Knowledge of security equipment and access control procedures.
- Familiarity with identification verification.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus (not required).
