About the role
- This is not a traditional recruiting role.
- You won't be interviewing drivers all day.
- Instead, you'll focus on improving the systems and processes that bring drivers into 8Fleet - from where they first hear about us to when they complete onboarding and start driving.
Responsibilities
- Turn driver demand into clear weekly and monthly goals, and help build plans to consistently meet them
- Help build repeatable processes so driver growth is less reactive and more predictable
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and keep projects moving forward
- 8Fleet is hiring a Driver Growth Associate to help build and improve how we attract and onboard drivers.
Requirements
- 1-4+ years of experience in growth, operations, recruiting operations, marketing, or a similar role
Nice to have
- Experience with job boards, candidate outreach, or local lead generation
- Familiarity with basic CRM, ATS, or tracking tools
- Experience in logistics, gig work, or service-based businesses
Compensation
- $70k-80k
