About the role
- This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how Cresta shows up to prospects, customers, and the market.
Responsibilities
- Own website strategy and roadmap, ensuring Cresta.com evolves alongside the growth of the business and marketing organization.
- Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan.
- Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working in lockstep with our web agency to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work.
- Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards.
- Lead website localization efforts, partnering with the International Marketing Manager to define requirements, manage implementation, and establish scalable workflows for multi-language site expansion.
- Build website performance reporting and insights, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure clean measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems.
- Cresta's unified AI platform combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and comprehensive conversation intelligence to drive revenue and efficiency gains across every channel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows.
- Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools
- hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.
- Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of quality for web experiences and brand presentation

Compensation
- for this position includes a Base Salary + Equity.
- $130,000.00 - $170,000.00
- Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
