About the role
- Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives on keeping senior leaders organized while creating an exceptional workplace experience for employees and customers?
- This newly created role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with executives while also taking ownership of creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
- As Calgary serves as a key hub for Western Canada, you'll play an important role in supporting leaders, employees, customers, and visitors while helping ensure our office operates smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support (80%)
- Provide high-level administrative support to a Global VP
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive communications.
- Build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Support onboarding activities, workspace setup, building access, and office logistics for new employees.
- Manage office supplies, shipping and receiving activities, and vendor relationships.
- Help create an engaging, professional workplace that employees and visitors enjoy.
- Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong PowerPoint user, able to create customer quality presentations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or office operations.
- Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools.
