Responsibilities
- Pr ovide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by process owner
Nice to have
- 2 or 4 year degree in a technical discipline

Skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both in team setting and independently with excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking and p roblem solving in a high-volume production facility
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
- Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing
- Ability to be adaptable, self-motivate, and learn new skills
- Familiarity with basic SPC terms, methods and concepts
- Description of Job:
- Monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC.
- Determine root cause of process issues and make improvements.
- Able and willing to move to one of the compressed work week shift once business need conclude
- Required: Highschool degree or GED
Compensation
- Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington Stat
