Responsibilities

  • Pr ovide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by process owner

Nice to have

  • 2 or 4 year degree in a technical discipline

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both in team setting and independently with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and p roblem solving in a high-volume production facility
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
  • Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing
  • Ability to be adaptable, self-motivate, and learn new skills
  • Familiarity with basic SPC terms, methods and concepts
  • Description of Job:
  • Monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC.
  • Determine root cause of process issues and make improvements.
  • Able and willing to move to one of the compressed work week shift once business need conclude
  • Required: Highschool degree or GED

Compensation

  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington Stat
