Own the full-cycle recruitment for positions across all business functions, from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner directly with C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, People Experience Business Partners (PXBPs), and business leaders to understand organizational priorities, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies.
Own complex, confidential, and business-critical searches across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders, hiring managers, and external talent networks.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.
Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the execution of Talent Acquisition and People Experience initiatives, including employer branding, workforce planning, process optimization, recruiting technology, reporting, and other strategic projects.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
Experience recruiting executive, senior leadership, and highly specialized positions.
Experience owning multiple complex and confidential searches simultaneously.
Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and executive search techniques.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday.
Demonstrated experience recruiting across the United States, Canada, and Latin America (LATAM), with knowledge of regional labor markets, employment practices, and cross-border recruiting.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Some travel required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work a 7.5-hour business workday

$73,800.00-$105,400.00 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
