- Develops, implements, and monitors individualized success and aftercare plans, particularly for students transitioning from crisis or intensive support services.
- Maintains accurate and timely records of services and interventions in accordance with university standards and best practices.
- Summary: The Student Support Coordinator provides comprehensive case management and coordination of student services to support academic success and overall well-being.
- The role is responsible for coordinating timely and appropriate responses to student needs, including assessment, referral, and follow-up support.
- This includes development and monitoring of individualized success and aftercare plans, particularly for students returning from crisis or intensive support services.
- The position also supports outreach, training, and program development to enhance institutional capacity to respond to students in distress and promote student success.
