Requirements
- Two years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience with written and verbal presentation of financial activity
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change
- Experience managing financial operations, accounting, budget, and reporting functions in a post-secondary environment
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
- Proficient abilities with Microsoft Office Suite - with expertise in Word and Excel

- Required Documents to Apply:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- Four years financial planning and analysis experience
- Experience developing, implementing and monitoring budgets
- Master's degree in business, accounting or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- Four years financial planning and operational planning and analysis experience in post-secondary higher education
- Successful completion of a CPA or similar professional certificate
- Director level experience
- Workday or other ERP experience
- In depth understanding and knowledge of best practices in the areas of budgeting, multi-year financial planning, scenario modeling, enrollment revenue forecasting, space utilization planning, resource allocation strategy, risk management, human capital, analytics, operations and planning
- Organizational effectiveness and process improvement
Compensation
- $140,000 - $150,000 commensurate with education and experience
