Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement behavior intervention plans Train and support school staff on behavior strategies Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Requirements
- Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.
Compensation
- $75,000-$91,700 per year, based on qualifications and assignment.
- The range includes compensation for BCBAs who participate in the district's optional Extended School Year (ESY) program, which typically runs for approximately five weeks from early July through the first week of August.
