Responsibilities
- Serve as the technology owner for the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire ecosystem, configuring and maintaining HR applications to support the evolving employee lifecycle.
- Partner with HR leadership to align the HR technology roadmap with organizational priorities, security standards, and enterprise architecture.
- Drive the standardization, automation, and redesign of HR processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Own integrations and secure data flows between HR systems, Payroll, Finance, and Identity Management while maintaining strict data governance and reporting capabilities.
- Lead system testing, deployments, and change management for platform updates, while providing L2/L3 technical support and managing vendor SLAs.
- Ability to partner effectively with both technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience supporting workday HR platforms.
- Experience with Hire-to-Retire business processes and HR operations.
- Experience customizing, configuring and supporting Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms.
- Experience with HR integrations, data management, and system administration.

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $219,200 - $241,100 + bonus + cash award + benefits.
