Responsibilities
- Act as a SAP expert and support the delivery of solutions (FI-CO, MM, MRP)
- Configure and optimize SAP modules according to evolving business needs
- Produce and maintain functional and configuration documentation
- Define, validate and execute test scenarios to ensure solution quality
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations
- Estimate efforts, support complex developments, and participate in testing activities
- Train and support users to ensure optimal adoption of SAP solutions
- Act as a point of contact for support and knowledge transfer
- Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and ability to collaborate across teams
Requirements
- Lead or coordinate projects when required
- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, management information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in SAP implementations and enhancements
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot)
- ability to quickly learn new technologies
- A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
