About the role
- Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for Test processes.
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
Responsibilities
- Create, analyze and review test correlation data.
- Develop and modify test process methods and controls to meet quality standards.
- Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve Test process performance metrix.
- Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field.

Compensation
- $103,688 - $120,000 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
