Developing playbooks, templates, and operational processes for local events.
Drive Community Engagement
Developing campaigns and programs that encourage participation, knowledge sharing, and advocacy.
Build the operational foundation needed to support a growing portfolio of programs.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling community programs, such as user groups, ambassador programs, advocacy initiatives, or community-led events.
An AI-native operator mindset and proven track record of using AI to plan, create, analyze, automate, and execute work. You should be able to articulate how AI has improved your productivity, quality, throughput, or business outcomes.
Strong program management and operational skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, build scalable processes, and drive projects from concept through execution.
