About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Clinical Operations Team.
  • This role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective training and development of pharmacists and care coordinators on specialty pharmacy workflow and best practices.
  • The Trainer will be responsible for designing the training strategy & approach at House Rx, creating new training content, as well as maintaining and updating existing training materials to reflect current standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategic training framework that aligns with organizational goals and addresses the specific needs of clinical staff.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for internal and external team members on specialty pharmacy workflow, including dispensing, patient care, prior authorization and financial assistance processes, communication, technology, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide retraining and coaching sessions for existing employees identified as needing additional support or improvement.
  • Deliver as-needed training sessions on specific topics related to clinical operations as they arise, ensuring timely response to evolving needs.
  • Maintain a repository of training resources and ensure accessibility for all team members.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

Skills

  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to management for performance management purposes.
