Responsibilities
- Analyze borrower financials, property performance, lease-up progress, construction milestones, and market trends to maintain accurate risk ratings and portfolio quality
- Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver excellent client experiences and facilitate smooth communication across teams, including syndicated loan relationships
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal business partners, staying informed on loan policy updates and the Bank's current products and services
Requirements
- You enjoy assisting our Relationship Managers with monitoring loan performance, covenant compliance, and proactively identify emerging risks.
- 3 Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in commercial banking or portfolio management
- Ability to assess and understand credit risk and loan structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
