Responsibilities
- Enterprise Project Delivery & Build Support (30%)
- Support and help drive execution of enterprise and cross-functional initiatives, including large-scale efforts such as enterprise PM workflows, capital allocation builds, and business unit rollouts
- Help translate business needs into clear project structures, build concepts, milestones, owners, and dependencies
- Track progress, surface risks and issues, and support timely resolution
- Deliver user training, demos, and hands-on support to project teams and business units
- Create and maintain demo boards, reference materials, job aids, and other adoption resources
- Support onboarding of new teams to monday.com and enterprise PMO practices
- Platform Support & Administration (15%)
- Operate and maintain monday.com boards, templates, workflows, and user structures that support the enterprise project management framework
- Triage platform issues, manage user support needs, and resolve day-to-day platform-related challenges
