About the role

  • We are looking for a Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide counseling and therapy treatment to our patients.
  • We are a "say yes" first clinical provider and look to treat patients where they are and guide them along their journey to recovery and stabilization.
  • Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients.

Requirements

  • Prolonged Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.
  • Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and California
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Patient-first mindset
  • Trained and/or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, Somatic-Based Approaches, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Polyvagal Theory, or Family Systems (IFS).

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate competency through post-testing, skill observation, and performance as assessed by direct supervisor

Compensation

  • $95,000-$105,000 with primary residence located in CA
