About the role
- The primary function of this position is to teach dedicated Delaware Campus courses.

Responsibilities
- Designs lessons to foster talent in students while modeling comprehensive teaching strategies with an understanding of the sociocultural issues of traditionally underrepresented groups.
- Maintains attendance records, determines and submits grades timely, and in
- Creates and maintains accurate syllabi that incorporate departmental, college, cross-college, and instructor requirements.
- Participates in the selection of appropriate materials to support course curriculum in accordance with the College's guidelines.
- Employs and assists in the design and development of appropriate assessment techniques to measure students' performance in achieving course goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in the discipline of Psychology or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
Compensation
- 9-Month Lecturers Salary*: $43,848.00 - $50,112.00
- Autumn/Spring: $21,924 (21 hrs.) - $25,056 (24 hrs.)
- Optional Summer Semester (15-21contact hours): $15,660.00 - $21,924.00
- Optional Overload (maximum amounts shown):
- Autumn Semester (6 contact hours max): $5,865.00
- Spring Semester (6 contact hours max): $5,865.00
