About the role

  • A high level of professionalism and discretion is crucial for this role.
  • The Administrator, Corporate Counsel's Office reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Legal Officer and has no direct reports.
  • Where and When You'll Work This position provides the ability to work remotely up to four days per week, with approximately one day per week on site.

Responsibilities

  • Robust professional development opportunities, including classes, on-the-job training, coaching and mentorship with industry-leading peers, internal mobility, opportunities to support in the field and so much more.
  • Support attorneys in tracking key contract dates, such as dates of expiration and automatic renewal.
  • Input, track, and manage matters in online legal management system.
  • General Administrative Support
  • Support the team in drafting, mailing, and tracking communications.
  • Maintain electronic files in an organized manner within the digital file management system.
  • The Administrator, Corporate Counsel's Office should be able to manage a great number of details in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of players.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to respond quickly to requests
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and software required.

Compensation

  • The target hiring range for this role is $38.00 - $40.40 per hour
  • Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role.
  • The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time.
  • The expected hiring salary range for this role is set forth below and may be modified in the future.
